After many accusations, Marilyn Manson said he would return to the stage this year, but one of his accusers revealed her real name, which might affect his future tours.

The woman behind a sexual assault lawsuit against Manson has revealed her identity. Bianca Allaine Kyne filed the suit in January 2023, accusing the singer of sexual misconduct after an incident on his tour bus in Dallas in 1995.

What Did Kyne Say In Her Accusations?

She also claimed that Manson ‘groomed’ her in New Orleans later that year and sexually assaulted her. Kyne said she spent four weeks on the road with him and the band in 1999, during which he would groom, harass, and abuse her. Here is Kyne’s statement as supplied to Rolling Stone by her attorney:

“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long. Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York.”

She continued:

“For years, I lived under his shadow, paralysed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritises profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”

Manson Responded Through His Lawyer

The rocker’s lawyer addressed Kyne’s claims, stating to Rolling Stone:

“[My client] does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”

In March, Manson revealed his first tour since 2019 with Five Finger Death Punch and Slaughter To Prevail. The solo gigs will be during breaks from that tour and are his first since 2019. Later, he also announced three headline solo shows for this summer.

Manson still faces ongoing legal issues after announcing his return to the stage. His former assistant has a trial date for her lawsuit against him, which will take place on June 2, 2025. Ashley Walters’ abuse claim was dismissed in May 2022 but was reinstated in December after an appeal. The judge set the trial after Walters and Manson couldn’t settle during mediation.
