The Independent noted that Sharon and her children Jack and Kelly stopped to lay flowers at the Black Sabbath bench and bridge. This site features life-size cutouts of the band’s founding members. This location has become a pilgrimage site for fans of the pioneering heavy metal band.

The Lord Mayor of Birmingham emphasized Ozzy’s significance to the city. He called him ‘more than a music legend — he was a son of Birmingham.’ Since his death, fans have continuously visited the Black Sabbath Bridge. They have left flowers, pictures, and heartfelt messages, including references to his iconic solo hit, ‘Crazy Train.’
