Nikki Sixx Announces New Mötley Crüe Song With A Controversy-Generating Title

Mötley Crüe is already planning to release a new song, and it’s possibly a diss to haters and naysayers.

The bassist Nikki Sixx took to X to thank his fans who came to their show at The Bowery Ballroom in NYC. When a fan replied saying they loved the new song and the Beastie Boys cover they performed during the show, Sixx mentioned the new song. Apparently, it’s called ‘Cancelled.’ He wrote:

“Thank you. We have another already recorded too called ‘Cancelled.'”

Crüe Responded To Haters With A Music Video

Mötley Crüe has been getting hate for a few years for several reasons: For not making ‘good music,’ for not being ‘real metal’ and so on. As a result of the hate comments, Crüe decided to take action and released a music video for their latest song ‘Dogs Of War.’ In the video, the band portrayed haters as pigs holding signs like ‘Mötley Crüe sucks,’ ‘Mötley Crüe is devil music’ and ‘Hair metal stinks.’

There are no other details about the new song yet, but we might hear more soon. You can see Sixx’s recent X post below.
