Guns N’ Roses, Tool, and Rival Sons will perform at Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell show in Birmingham.

A new poster shows Guns N’ Roses as second on the bill. Tool is now fourth, after Slayer and before Pantera, while Rival Sons are the last band listed for special sets.

‘Back To The Beginning,’ which sold out in under 16 minutes, will feature Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward performing together one last time on July 5 at Villa Park.

This will be the first time the original band has played together in 20 years. ‘Aquaman’ actor Jason Momoa will host the event, and Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine will be the musical director.

Other bands like Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Gojira, Alice In Chains, Halestorm, Lamb Of God, Anthrax, and Mastodon will also perform.

The all-day festival will also feature Andrew Watt, Chad Smith from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dave Ellefson, Vernon Reid from Living Colour, Whitfield Crane from Ugly Kid Joe, Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins, David Draiman from Disturbed, Frank Bello from Anthrax, Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit, and Jake E Lee.

Jonathan Davis from Korn, KK Downing, Lzzy Hale from Halestorm, Mike Bordin from Faith No More, Rudy Sarzo, Sammy Hagar, Scott Ian from Anthrax, Sleep Token ii, Papa V Perpetua from Ghost, Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine, and Wolfgang Van Halen are also among the performers.

“It’s my time to go Back to the Beginning….time for me to give back to the place where I was born,” Osbourne said in a statement. “How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal. Birmingham Forever.”

Osbourne also recently revealed on his ‘Ozzy Speaks’ program on SiriusXM’s Ozzy’s Boneyard, “I’m not planning on doing a set with Black Sabbath but I am doing little bits and pieces with them. I am doing what I can, where I feel comfortable.”

All profits from the show will go to several charities, including Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice, which is supported by Aston Villa.
