Wolfgang Van Halen Announces Mammoth WVH 2021 Tour Dates

In his recent Instagram post, former Van Halen bassist Wolfgang Van Halen has announced the dates for his Mammoth WVH Tour in 2021.

Wolfgang Van Halen has released his debut solo album ‘Mammoth WVH’ on June 11. It is known that Van Halen was working on the album for a while but his father Eddie’s cancer which had returned after a long time affected the album’s progress. Wolf spent most of his time together with his father during his battle against cancer, and he dedicated ‘Distance,’ a song from the album to his father as a tribute. With the album, Wolfgang Van Halen secured his place in the hard rock scene with a work completely of his own.

Recently, Wolfgang announced the dates of the Mammoth WVH 2021 tour on his band’s official Instagram page. The tour will kick off on July 31 at Hersheypark Stadium where they will perform as a supporting band for Guns N’ Roses, and conclude on October 2 and October 3, at the Hard Rock Hotel. A week later, after their appearance with Guns N’ Roses, the band will perform in their first headlining show on August 7 at the House of Blues in Cleveland.

As is seen, the tour also includes stops at Cleveland, Seattle, Tucson, Austin, Cincinnati, Louisville, and Orlando. Apart from the show at Hersheypark Stadium, the band will also support Guns N’ Roses on several other dates. In the Instagram post, Van Halen has stated that this summer they will be playing a few headline shows while they were on the Guns N’ Roses tour. He then announced that tickets will be on sale on the band’s official website, adding the public sale will be on Thursday at 10 a.m. est.

The Instagram post read:

“Happy to announce we are going to be playing a few headline shows while on the GNR tour this summer! The pre-sale starts now with the passcode: WVH. The public on-sale is Thursday at 10 am est.”
