Tommy Lee’s Wife Brittany Furlan Claims Pamela Anderson Was A Hypocrite

In a recent chat with People Magazine, Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, shared insights about her marriage and Lee’s past relationship with Pamela Anderson. The comedian expressed annoyance at the public’s idealized view of the ‘Baywatch’ actress, hinting at a stark contrast when the camera lights went off.

The former Vine star’s remarks gain additional context when considering an incident from 2018. Following a dispute between Lee and his son, Brandon, Anderson shared a public letter claiming that the rocker was losing himself to his drinking problem. In the same narrative, she accused Furlan of enabling the issue, a point the latter opposed in her interview.

Addressing the difference between public perception and private reality, her words read:

“In the beginning, people were like, ‘Oh, she’s always been so nice about you,’ but they don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. I’m the one that got my husband sober and has helped him stay sober. In the beginning of us dating, [Anderson] did a public journal saying that I was the one that kept him drunk, which was so wrong and so awful. I just won’t forget that. You know what I’m saying? Then now she’s like, ‘Oh, I’m so happy for them.’ But that’s to the public. I don’t, really… I don’t know.”

In contrast, the actress has publicly displayed a supportive stance toward the couple in a January interview with The Howard Stern Show:

“He’s married and happy, and she’s good to him, and I totally support that and think that’s great. I hate to be annoying and going through this again. I’m sure she’s annoyed, but I respect their relationship, and [I’m] just glad he’s happy and he has somebody in his life.”

During the recent conversation, Furlan also stated her opinion about the ongoing interest in her husband’s former relationship, saying:

“All the people being like, ‘Oh, they need to be back together. They are each other’s soulmates’ and all this weird sh–. I’m like, ‘You guys, my husband, if he wanted to be back with her, would be back with her in two seconds.’ They act like this is all new. They’ve been separated for a long time, even before I came along. It was just odd to deal with a lot of that stuff. I get that people try to romanticize things that they make up in their head or whatever, but it is really strange.”

Furlan and the Mötley Crüe drummer got married in 2019. Since then, Lee’s past relationship with Anderson kept receiving more and more attention in media productions like the 2022 miniseries, ‘Pam & Tommy,’ and the 2023 documentary called ‘Pamela, a Love Story.’
