During a recent conversation with The Times Of London, Sharon Osbourne admitted that her 2021 facelift was her most significant error.
She said, reflecting on the procedure:
“That was the worst thing that I ever did. I looked like Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there, and my mouth was all skewwhiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected.”
Motivations Behind The Surgery

Sharon then mentioned why she underwent it, explaining:
“Vanity. Ego. ‘Oh, you look great for your age.’ But I know what I really look like. When I look in the mirror, I see the real me.”
Her Previous Conversation About The Surgery

Osbourne previously shared with The Sunday Times her regret over an expensive, nearly six-hour facelift that left her looking very different, joking that she only needed ‘a hunchback’ to worsen the look. Ozzy, shocked by the results, insisted they could afford to correct it. She noted:
“It was scary – really scary. And I went to a really good guy. It wasn’t some backstreet guy. This guy is voted in the top five surgeons in America. [But] nothing is guaranteed, is it? If you push it, something’s going to happen. It can’t always come out [perfect]. I’ve had my ups and downs with [plastic surgery], definitely. I should start a podcast about plastic surgery because I’ve had so much of it done. I should be able to give advice to people.”
According to her 2013 autobiography ‘Unbreakable,’ this was Osbourne’s third facelift, with previous surgeries in 1987 and 2002. In a chat with The Sun earlier this year, Osbourne announced that she would no longer pursue plastic surgery after her recent procedure. She disclosed:
“That one put me off, and it frightens me. I really f*cking pushed it with the last facelift, and I am now like, no more. Time is against me; I cannot have another facelift.”
Besides her three facelifts, Osbourne has had several other cosmetic procedures. These include breast implants, a tummy tuck, and surgeries to lift her legs and arms, along with treatments like Botox and fillers.
