Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has gone public with allegations that a woman named Jade, founder of Superhuman and an aspiring DJ, scammed him out of $220,000 in a rental dispute.
Radke detailed the full sequence of events — from paying a year’s rent upfront to being locked out of the property and discovering illegal parties being held there — while issuing a direct warning to the woman he accused of fraud.
“What’s up, guys? We have another one that doesn’t know who the f*ck they’re messing with,” Radke said. “Her name is Jade, and she’s the founder of Superhuman. Aspiring DJ is what she calls herself. And yeah, let’s get into it. So in Los Angeles, she owns a house that I was going to rent out.”
“And the reason I was going to rent it out, well, I did rent it out,” he continued. “I rented it out for people when they come into town and they work with me on music. I write a lot of music. So they come in, so they don’t have to stay in a hotel, they can stay in a house. That’s what I do. I’ve been doing it for years. I rent a house out, and people that come into town, I have one producer, actually, maybe two sometimes, but come in to stay at this house, and they can work with me very easily, right?”
Radke then explained how the financial arrangement was made and when things began to go wrong.
“So I rented this house out, and I always pay up front,” he said. “I’m the greatest tenant, dude, because I pay up front, a year up front. Do you understand how much that cost? I’ll tell you how much it cost. $223,000 paid up front. When I was speaking to her directly, she said, ‘I’m in Singapore, so I can’t, I’m not going to respond right away,’ blah, blah, blah. I said, okay, sure. After about two or three weeks upon me trying to move into the house, she refused to move her stuff out of the house, so it was impossible for me to move in.”
“The house looked disgusting,” he added. “She refused to move her stuff out. I was like, ‘Hey, I can’t move into this house. Your stuff, it’s disgusting.’ And she pretty much said, ‘Go f*ck yourself. The lease is canceled.’ I said, ‘Sure. Sent over a cancellation form, so I sign it.’ And the next day, you know what she did? She came back to me and said, ‘I’m not signing this. I’m keeping your money. I don’t have to give you anything back.’ So not only did she fuck me over of $220,000, she destroyed the house.”
Radke went on to describe further alleged misconduct, including an attempt to change the locks and the hosting of unauthorized events at the property.
“Look at the house. It looks disgusting and refused to move any of her stuff out for me to move in,” he said. “Not only did she do all that, she tried to change the locks on the house and lock me out of a house that I’m pretty much… I’m supposed to live in while taking my money because she’s a f*cking con artist. Then hired party promoters while I am the lease, active lease holder, hired party promoters to have literally insane illegal parties at this house.”
“She’s charging about $20,000 per party, and she’s making about $15,000 and giving $5,000 to the party promoter while I am an active lease holder, which is f*cking illegal,” Radke continued. “So she’s a con artist and she’s on the run. This is what she looks like. In my opinion, I feel like she looks like she sells herself for money. That’s what I think that she does. That’s my personal opinion. I wouldn’t know any different.”
Radke closed his statement with a direct warning, noting that others had also come forward with similar claims against the same individual.
“But bottom line is, your days are numbered,” he said. “You can’t just do this to people. You’ve been doing this to people a lot, I’ve noticed. I’ve had a lot of people come forward and tell me that you are a scam artist, and your day is coming, and you’re not gonna do this to everybody. So Jade, you f*cked up. I can tell that your image is your most important thing and that’s all you care about is the way you look and appear, but the f*cking scamming days are over.”
No further official statement from the woman identified as Jade has been made public at this time.
This is not the first time Radke has used his public platform to call out individuals he believes have wronged him. Last year, he was involved in a public feud with Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan Lee, who claimed she had been catfished by someone impersonating Radke online, which sparked a wider public back-and-forth between the two.
Radke repeatedly denied any involvement, insisting he was not behind the fake accounts and later escalating the situation into legal action, while Furlan maintained she was misled during a vulnerable period in her marriage to Lee. The dispute quickly spiraled into social media accusations, harassment claims, and restraining order filings, turning what started as a catfishing incident into a full-blown celebrity feud involving all three parties.
Radke founded Falling in Reverse in Las Vegas in 2008 following his departure from Escape the Fate. The band has since grown into one of the most prominent acts in the post-hardcore and rock scene. His outspoken personality has long been a defining trait both on and off the stage, making him one of the most recognizable and polarizing figures in modern rock music.
The alleged scam involves conduct that, if proven, would constitute multiple violations under California tenancy and property law. A landlord who accepts full payment for a lease term is legally obligated to provide the tenant with habitable and accessible premises. Refusing to vacate the property, changing locks on an active leaseholder, and profiting from unauthorized events on a leased property are all actions that carry serious civil and potentially criminal consequences under California law.
Radke’s claim that multiple other individuals have come forward with similar experiences adds a broader dimension to the dispute. If corroborated, a pattern of behavior of this nature could attract the attention of law enforcement and consumer protection authorities. The matter would then move well beyond a private civil disagreement.
The situation remains ongoing, and no legal proceedings have been publicly confirmed at this stage. Radke has made clear that he intends to pursue the matter fully and that he considers the public exposure of the alleged scammer to be only the beginning of the consequences she will face.
