Mötley Crüe‘s Nikki Sixx recently reacted to fans’ concerns regarding the ongoing lawsuit with former band member Mick Mars. The bassist reassured fans and talked about the band’s current situation.
Addressing the legal process between Mötley Crüe and Mick Mars, Sixx indicated on Twitter that the situation was not as clear-cut as it appeared. He stated that the fans were misled by dishonest legal representatives and managers, and the band members were as distressed as them.
Upon seeing the bassist’s announcement of a tour documentary, a fan wrote:
“You mean the fans whose hearts are broken because of all the fighting between you guys. No one has addressed the broken-hearted, unfortunately.”
Sixx’s reply is as follows:
“You’ve been lied to by crooked lawyers and managers. It breaks our hearts, too, but we must soldier on.”
Amid the ongoing lawsuit, the band prepares for a new album release without Mars. Sixx took to Twitter a few days ago to announce that the band had officially completed the recording of their new songs, which were now set for mixing.
