Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have reportedly broken up for now, though their relationship has been ‘rocky’ from the start, according to a source.
The actress and the musician reportedly ended their relationship at the end of November, shortly after announcing they were expecting a baby.
TMZ reported that the reason behind their breakup is that Megan Fox discovered something upsetting on Machine Gun Kelly’s phone, causing her to ask him to leave their trip early. MGK left the trip, and since then, the couple has not seen each other, and they are not together at the moment.
Another source told People, “Their relationship has always been bumpy. They love each other but don’t have compatible personalities. They’re both hot-heads, dramatic and stubborn. When they’re good together, they’re great.”
“They will very likely get back together,” added the source. “They’ve split in the past and then worked things out.”
Fox and Kelly met while filming the movie ‘Midnight in the Switchgrass’ and got engaged in January 2022. Even after facing challenges, their on-again, off-again relationship continued.
An insider at the time said, “[They are] working through their issues and haven’t split,” adding, “Megan is still upset but is not giving up on their relationship. He feels the same way. They are getting professional help because they want things to work out.”
This was also when Fox addressed rumors about cheating on social media, clarifying that it was not involved in their issues.
The baby they are expecting will be their first together. Fox has three children—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green, while Kelly has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.
