Miley Cyrus Sells Her Luxury Nashville Farmhouse For $14.5 Million

According to recent news, Miley Cyrus sold her 33.5-acre Nashville Ranch to the biggest franchisee of Dairy Queens for $14.5 million, marking one of the most expensive sales in the Nashville area.

Miley Cyrus is a renowned pop star who has experimented with various genres like country and hip hop. However, the singer has gradually shifted towards rock music in the past few years. During her live shows, she has played iconic rock songs like Metallica’s ‘Nothing Else Matters,’ Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit,’ and Pink Floyd’s ‘Comfortably Numb.’

Cyrus was also going to perform with Steven Tyler in April for his fourth annual Grammy Awards Viewing Party, but she had to pull out of this performance due to the pandemic. Probably the most attention-grabbing music effort the former pop star made was her collaboration with Metallica for the band’s covers album ‘The Metallica Blacklist.’

Although Cyrus’ rendition of Metallica’s ‘Nothing Else Matters’ received mixed views, the singer argued that the song felt like it was written for her. As for recent news, the new rock star decided to sell her luxury Nashville Ranch. Miley Cyrus sold the estate for $14.5 million after acquiring it in 2017 for just $5.8 million.

According to Dirt.com, it is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 6,689-square-foot luxurious estate that sits on 33.5-acres in a private area outside of Nashville. With this deal, Cyrus made an enormous profit which marked the second most expensive sale in the Nashville area in 2022.
