DragonForce have announced their first headlining tour featuring new vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, marking the 20th anniversary of their landmark album Inhuman Rampage, according to a post shared on Instagram. White-Gluz recently departed Arch Enemy to join the band. She will make her touring debut with DragonForce on this run.

The band shared details of the upcoming North American tour, which will see them perform the full Inhuman Rampage album live for the first time, alongside special guests Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire.

“We’re coming back to North America this November/December to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Inhuman Rampage, playing the full album live for the first time ever, along with other fan favorites and brand new songs,” the band said. “This will be the debut tour featuring our new vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, plus special guests Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire.”

Guitarist Herman Li reflected on the milestone and the band’s continued drive to create music.

“Twenty years is a long time to do anything, let alone survive the music industry and still be so inspired to continue doing what we love,” Li said. “Together we will honor what made Inhuman Rampage matter, while showing people exactly where we’re going next.”

White-Gluz also spoke about her excitement for the tour, drawing on her history as a longtime fan of the band.

“As a long-time fan of DragonForce, having seen them in concert multiple times over the last 20 years, I am beyond excited to be bringing such iconic music to life with these amazingly skilled musicians in such a fun and inspiring environment,” she said. “It feels great to showcase all the colors of my voice in technically challenging, deeply energizing, highly addictive songs.”

She also touched on the creative energy surrounding the project and her parallel work with Blue Medusa.

“Creating and performing with musicians who deeply care about the music and concerts as much as I do is so refreshing,” White-Gluz continued. “Plus, with Blue Medusa going full throttle and gaining so much momentum in parallel, I feel like I am permanently in the creative zone, which is exactly where I want to be!”

The tour is set to take place in November and December, with further details expected to follow.

The announcement has since been met with widespread coverage across the metal press. Outlets are framing the run as more than a routine anniversary celebration. The tour is being widely interpreted as a new era launch for DragonForce — one that pairs a landmark album with a high-profile lineup change, signaling the band’s intent to reassert themselves as a major force in the genre.

As detailed on DragonForce’s official website, the tour kicks off on November 13 in San Diego at The Observatory North Park. It stretches across 22 dates through December 13 in Los Angeles at The Wiltern. The run covers major markets across the United States and Canada, including stops in New York, Chicago, Toronto, and Los Angeles, making it one of the band’s most extensive North American treks in recent memory.

Loudwire reported that this is the first headlining North American tour DragonForce have announced since revealing White-Gluz as their new vocalist. The outing is being positioned as a defining moment for the band’s next chapter. The pairing of a full Inhuman Rampage performance with White-Gluz’s debut on the road is seen as a deliberate statement — honoring the band’s past while introducing their future.

Metal Injection noted that the tour comes hot on the heels of White-Gluz’s joining of the group, underscoring how quickly the band has moved to capitalize on the momentum generated by the lineup change. The addition of Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire as support acts further strengthens the bill, bringing together three of the most prominent names in power and folk metal for what promises to be a landmark run of shows.

Inhuman Rampage, released in 2006, remains one of DragonForce’s most celebrated records and the album that introduced the band to a global audience. It features “Through the Fire and Flames,” the track that became a cultural phenomenon through its appearance in the video game Guitar Hero III. Performing the album in full for the first time, two decades after its release, adds a historic dimension to the tour that extends well beyond a standard anniversary outing.
