Bruce Springsteen Announces New Project With The Killers

During a DJ set on SiriusXM’s E Street Radio, the iconic rockstar Bruce Springsteen blurted out that he recently collaborated with The Killers and that whatever their project is, it will come out in the next couple of weeks.

If there is one thing that we can easily say about Bruce Springsteen is that he has an unending love for making music. He released his latest album Letter To You in October 2020, which was preceded by Western Stars that was released in the summer of 2019, and we know there’s a new one on the way.

For the past couple of months, he’s been making it to the headlines of rock news very frequently, especially after the exciting news considering his upcoming album which he briefly mentioned his Woody Guthrie Prize speech. He also recently announced that he’s bringing back ‘Springsteen on Broadway.’

Just a couple of days ago, the Killers posted a photo saying that soon they’ll be collaborating with an amazing artist and asked their fans to guess who that could be and submit their answers to the band’s official webpage. They also said that the first 200 who guess correctly will be given early access to the video. Soon after that Bruce blurted out that he’ll be releasing a new song with them in the coming days.

Here’s what the Killers said in their recent tweet:

“We’re announcing a killer collab (pun intended) later this week, but you’ve got to figure out who it’s with. Be on the lookout for clues in coming posts. The first 200 Victims who guess correctly will get early access to the video. Submit your guess here.”

One day later, the band revealed that the secret name was indeed Bruce Springsteen by posting a teaser from their upcoming song together and announced that it will be out on June 16. This excited both the Boss’s and Killers’ fans and we’ve also started counting down the days for the release.
