Bruce Kulick recently shared a message about the current status of his relationship with Paul Stanley. This followed the guitarist’s public apology, as reported on Instagram.
Kulick posted a photo alongside Paul Stanley. He reflected on his experience at a recent Kennedy Center Honors event in Washington, DC, where KISS was celebrated. The post highlighted the significance of the evening and the respect shown to all honorees.
“Back from my whirlwind trip to Washington, DC, as a guest of KISS,” Kulick wrote. “Everything about this trip was surreal. The Kennedy Center is beautiful, and the Opera House is elegant and regal in every way. I can best describe the evening as a mixture of the entertainment world and the Washington, DC elite.”
Kulick went on to describe the black-tie event in detail. He noted the performances and tributes that took place.
“A Black-tie event, with everyone impeccably dressed. President Trump was the host of the evening. For KISS, they were honored by Garth Brooks performing ‘Shout It Out Loud,’ Magician Criss Angel with his Ace Frehley smoking guitar magic during a moment of silence for his passing, young guitarist Marcus King performing ‘Beth,’ and the grand finale with Cheap Trick performing the anthem, ‘RNRAN’ to a cheering crowd.”
Kulick concluded by expressing gratitude for the experience. He acknowledged the support he received.
“It was a great celebration of KISS, and every honoree was treated with the highest level of respect and perfection. Special thanks to Gene, Paul and the Kennedy Center Honors staff for their kind hospitality. Another fantastic moment for KISStory.”
This message came after Paul Stanley apologized to Kulick during a Q&A session at KISS Kruise Vegas 2025. Stanley had not properly acknowledged his contributions to the band during a previous event.
Stanley previously said in his apology, “Before we get going and we’ve got, you know, a lot of questions and answers, I just wanted to apologize to Bruce because last night with everything going on and it being exciting and it being a big adrenaline rush, first I was surprised when Bruce was out there. I didn’t remember he was coming out and then I forgot to give him his due cuz Bruce not only is a member of the family, Bruce was an important member of the band. So, apologies for not giving him his credit last night.”
Following Paul Stanley’s apology, some KISS fans shared their opinions on a potential feud between the former bandmates, which they claimed was apparent at the KISS Kruise.
However, both Stanley and Kulick shared positive messages about each other and the legacy of KISS since the KISS Kruise Vegas 2025 via their social media accounts. The messages that the KISS legends shared proved that there were no hard feelings between Paul and Bruce, unlike the fans’ claims.
