Avril Lavigne recently appeared in an interview with The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Clarkson asked if she had a chance to meet Billie Eilish, who defined Lavigne as her idol. The rocker pointed out that it was an honor to be described like that.

“First of all, it’s so crazy to hear that, and it’s so flattering. I’ve had a chance to meet Billie and Olivia, and they’re both so incredible, and I love what they’re doing, their songwriting. They’re so creatively talented. Yes, I’ve had a chance to meet both of them.”
