Travis Barker Returns Performing After Being Hospitalized For Life-Threatening Pancreatitis

Blink-182’s Travis Barker is back on stage to perform again after being hospitalized for life-threatening pancreatitis.

The rocker recently had an endoscopy but returned to the hospital shortly after because of the pain. The doctors removed a small polyp during the endoscopy, which caused damage to the pancreatic drainage tube. The operation that went wrong caused him to suffer from life-threatening pancreatitis, but the musician recently revealed that he’s feeling much better.

After such a big health scare, the Blink-182 drummer was able to return to the stage to perform with Machine Gun Kelly on his ‘Mainstream Sellout Tour’ at the Kia Forum. Together, they performed ‘Tickets to My Downfall’ and ‘Bloody Valentine.’

Page Six’s deputy editor Desiree Murphy tweeted that MGK had brought out Travis Barker and many other special guests to perform with him for his show at the Kia Forum. The video she shared also shows MGK stating that Travis Barker was able to be there to play the drums, referring to his recent health scare.

Murphy tweeted about MGK’s star-studded show:

Machine Gun Kelly brought out Travis Barker, Lil Wayne, Halsey & more as special guests for his star-studded show ⁩at the Kia Forum Wednesday night.”
