Slayer has officially announced their return to the United Kingdom through their Instagram account.
“Slayer will return to the U.K. after six years, performing their biggest headline shows ever in the country with special guests Amon Amarth, Anthrax, Mastodon, Hatebreed, and Neckbreakker,” the official announcement stated.
“These shows mark their only European headline appearances of the year. Fans can secure tickets early through an exclusive presale starting March 5th at 10AM GMT UK,” the statement continued. “General on-sale begins on March 7th at 10 AM GMT UK.”
The metal legends will make their significant return with some of the genre’s most prominent acts for these exclusive UK performances.
This highly anticipated return to the UK stage features several landmark performances. These shows mark a new chapter in Slayer’s touring history.
Reports from Edinburgh News indicate that the band will headline at Cardiff’s Blackweir Fields on July 3. This performance will be their first major show in Wales for this tour run.
