“Lift Me Up” is out everywhere today, giving fans immediate access to the lead single. They won’t have to wait for a later release date. The anime-inspired lyric video accompanying the track adds a distinct visual layer to the song. The video pairs Skillet’s sound with striking animated imagery.

The rollout gives fans plenty to dig into ahead of the EP’s arrival this fall. “After The Storm” will contain six tracks in total. The EP marks a compact but substantial return for the band as they continue building out their independent era.

The EP is already available for pre-save. This allows listeners to line up the full project ahead of its October 9 release.

Together, the single, its video and the pre-save option paint a clear picture of a band moving deliberately into its next chapter. The band is laying groundwork now for the fuller story “After The Storm” will tell in October.
