Sammy Hagar Displays Another Memory With Eddie Van Halen In His ‘Weekly Van Hagar Posts’

Former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar shared a post on his official Instagram page revealing another memory he had with late Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen while performing on stage, adding another one to his ‘Weekly Van Hagar’ posts.

As many of you may notice, Sammy Hagar has been frequently sharing posts about ‘Van Hagar’ which is how fans referred to Van Halen while Hagar was the lead vocalist, on his official Instagram page. His Van Hagar posts consist of stage moments he had with late guitarist Eddie Van Halen in addition to the stories behind them.

Sammy Hagar first shared a picture from his first-ever performance with Eddie Van Halen which was back in 1985. It was the time when Sammy Hagar performed at the Farm Aid when Eddie Van Halen joined him on stage and the two performed Led Zeppelin song ‘Rock and Roll’ which was an iconic moment.

Later on, Sammy Hagar shared another stage moment on his Instagram while Eddie Van Halen was helping him while Hagar was playing the guitar in addition to asking his fans if they had a similar moment of getting a lesson from the legendary guitarist. Not surprisingly, many fans shared comments under his post stressing the fact that such a magical moment did not happen to many.

Recently, Sammy Hagar shared another post on his official Instagram page revealing another stage moment with Eddie Van Halen when the two dressed up quite suitable for the days they were performing with Hagar’s colorful shirt and Eddie’s iconic white tank top.

After former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony shared a comment under his post, Sammy Hagar replied to his current band member from The Circle by asking him to search his archives in order to find some old pictures of three of them on stage in order to share their moments for ‘Weekly Van Hagar’ posts.
