Paul Stanley Spends A Special Moment With Joni Mitchell
KISS’ Paul Stanley recently posted a tweet and expressed his excitement about getting the chance to spend a night together with Joni Mitchell.
The prolific musician Joni Mitchell is often listed among the most incredible songwriters by various sources. In most of her songs, she reflects social and philosophical ideals and explores romance, womanhood, and joy. During her career, the folk singer received numerous awards, including nine Grammys. Moreover, Mitchell also received the Les Paul Award in 2020, which made her the first woman to receive it.
Since she first stepped into the music scene in 1964, Mitchell has been the main producer of most of her records and designed their covers. In 2007, she released her seventeenth and last album ‘Shine’ and quit touring. Back in 2015, Joni Mitchell suffered a brain aneurysm rupture and underwent physical therapy. Following her tragic health problem, many musicians such as Paul Stanley wished her a quick recovery. Since then, Mitchell has focused on recovering from the unfortunate incident.
According to his recent tweet, Paul Stanley bumped into Joni Mitchell at a restaurant. He said they spent a few minutes chatting, and Mitchell reminded him that she has a KISS pinball machine. Stanley then praised Mitchell’s artistic talent and stated that the 77-year-old singer still shines despite her health problem.
Paul Stanley’s tweet read:
“I spent a few minutes last night catching up with Joni Mitchell at a restaurant. I’m always in awe of her artistic journeys & spirit. Even though the devastation of an aneurysm, she shines. Joni reminded me that she has a KISS pinball machine. What an incredible woman. Love her.”
