Ted Nugent recently streamed a live video on his YouTube channel and admitted shedding tears after thinking about the current state of the U.S. government.
Uncle Ted makes the headlines with his controversial views, especially political remarks. He is an outspoken conservative who is also a strong supporter of the Republican Party. In one case, Nugent was even investigated by the Secret Service for his comments about former U.S. President Barack Obama.
On the other hand, Nugent is also a vocal supporter of former U.S. President Donald Trump, gun rights, and hunter’s rights. His views have been considered racist and white supremacist. Moreover, Nugent has performed many times at Trump rallies and believed the former president made America great again.
During one of his live streams, Ted Nugent revealed why he cried in the morning. He stated that he was working on new episodes of his ‘Nightly Nuge’ and spending time with his dogs and wife. Although he had a lovely day, Nugent said he burst into tears after thinking about the good American warriors the government sent to death since World War II.
The controversial rocker then added that the U.S. was attacked on 9/11 because the government let its guard down and allowed the tragic incident to happen. He then mentioned the USS Cole bombing and the Beirut bombing. According to Nugent, the government made these attacks possible because they sold military weaponry to enemies, and people now want to disarm the citizens, another reason he cried.
During the live stream, Ted Nugent said the following:
“Do you know why I cried this morning? I just finished taping a bunch of ‘Nightly Nuge’ episodes, and I’ve been out with Happy, Sadie, Coco, and Shemane all day. So I had a wonderful day, and I balled my eyes out this morning, not because I thought of all the dead bodies that charged into that evil WW2.
I cried very emotionally this morning because, since World War II, the corrupt, demonic, power-abusing oath violating Uncle Sam’s military, industrial, and the congressional complex has sent good American warriors to their death for no damn reason at all. So, we were attacked on 9/11 because we let our guard down. We are a bunch of spoiled pu**ies.
Our government let us down and allowed 9/11 to happen. They allowed the USS Cole to happen. They allowed Beirut to happen. And then, this prick in the White House gave away many billions of dollars worth of state-of-the-art military weaponry to our enemies. But they want to disarm you and me. Think of that. That’s why I cried.“
