Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anaïs has responded to Oasis fans who have been messaging her about ticket and merchandise issues. She addressed the situation in a video shared on Anaïs Fan Page.

The video was later deleted from TikTok. Anaïs expressed her frustration with fans who contact her expecting help with concert-related problems.

“I just want to say: what is it about some Oasis fans? Let me f*cking tell you – it’s not just the boomers – DMing me like I’m f*cking Ticketmaster or Shopify or something,” Anaïs said.

She continued to explain the types of messages she receives from fans seeking assistance.

“People are messaging me like ‘Oh, I’m having trouble transferring my ticket to somebody. This is my Ticketmaster code.’ What the f*ck do I know about Ticketmaster? Or ‘the t-shirts are sold out in my size. do you know which shops are stocking my size?’ How am I meant to know? I wish I could help you but… I don’t know,” she said.

Anaïs concluded by expressing her bewilderment at fans’ expectations.

“I am kind of baffled that you got an issue and you think like ‘Oh y’know what, let me DM Anaïs, she’s going to know how to transfer my ticket.’ Guys, I can’t,” she said.

Anaïs’s frustration reflects the broader challenges surrounding Oasis’s highly anticipated return to the stage after more than a decade apart.

The Manchester band is currently in the midst of their major reunion tour. This marks their first performances together in over 15 years. ASI Central reported that this reunion has sparked an unprecedented surge in demand for both concert tickets and exclusive merchandise. This has created significant logistical challenges for fans trying to secure items.

The merchandise situation has become particularly complex. Dork Magazine revealed that the band has launched official fan stores in the UK and Ireland where fans can purchase exclusive tour items. However, the high demand has led to rapid sellouts of popular items. This leaves many fans scrambling to find alternative sources or contact anyone they believe might have insider access.

Sole Retriever noted that Oasis has partnered with Adidas to release a new line of co-branded apparel. This includes vintage sportswear and exclusive tour items. This collaboration has further intensified fan interest in securing official merchandise. It contributes to the overwhelming demand that has left many items unavailable through traditional channels.

The situation highlights how the band’s return has created a perfect storm of ticket and merchandise scarcity. This leads desperate fans to reach out to anyone connected to the Gallagher family in hopes of finding solutions to their purchasing problems.
