Corey Taylor is heading back to the stage for a solo performance, as detailed in a recent post on Instagram. The Slipknot frontman confirmed an intimate headlining show at the Fremont Country Club in Las Vegas, NV. The show is set for October 18th and marks his first solo performance since April 2025.
The announcement focused on getting fans ready to secure tickets for the upcoming performance.

Fans in the Las Vegas area can look forward to catching Taylor in this rare, small-venue setting later next month. The show adds to a short but notable string of solo appearances Taylor has made away from Slipknot over the past year and a half.
Taylor’s most recent solo outing before this announcement came in April 2025. He took the stage at the Spookala horror and pop culture convention at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Center in Tampa, Florida. That performance capped off a brief run of solo dates that began the month prior, in March 2025. Taylor played what he described as his first acoustic solo show in more than three years at HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Fremont Country Club is no stranger to Taylor. The downtown Las Vegas venue previously hosted the singer for a show back in December 2018. This October date marks something of a homecoming for the frontman in the city’s live music scene.
The October 18th performance is presented by radio station KOMP 92.3. Tickets are already available through Smashmagpresents.com. The show marks one of only a handful of solo appearances Taylor has made in recent memory, a trend that may continue given his packed schedule with Slipknot.
The Slipknot machine is ramping up activity, and solo shows from Taylor could remain a rare treat for fans. This Las Vegas date offers an especially notable opportunity for those hoping to see him perform outside the band setting.
