Hatebreed has officially announced their upcoming studio album and released their first new single.
The band shared the news directly with fans, confirming both the album title and its release date alongside a pre-order announcement.
“Hatebreed just announced their latest album – ‘Fatal Paradox’, arriving November 6! Available now for pre-order,” the band stated.
The new studio album, Fatal Paradox, is set to arrive on November 6 via BLKIIBLK. The band also dropped their first single, Kill Count Increase, giving fans an early taste of what to expect from the upcoming record.
Fatal Paradox is Hatebreed’s ninth studio album and their first full-length release in six years. It follows 2020’s Weight of the False Self and was produced by Zeuss, the band’s longtime collaborator known for his work with Rob Zombie, Accept, and Shadows Fall. The album will span 11 tracks, offering a full-length statement from a band that has consistently defined the boundaries of metallic hardcore.
One of the album’s standout moments is set to be “Sacrifice Season,” which features guest vocals from Obituary frontman John Tardy. The track is among 11 listed on the album, which also includes cuts such as “The Carrion Choir,” “Total Invincible,” and closer “Poison Planet.”
Kill Count Increase serves as the album’s lead track and arrived alongside an official music video. The single signals that Hatebreed have lost none of their intensity during the six-year gap between albums.
