Former Misfits vocalist Michale Graves has announced his return to music with plans for new releases in 2026. He shared details about his upcoming projects in a recent interview with 92.5 Kiss FM.
The singer discussed his current recording process and confirmed multiple creative endeavors in development.
“I certainly will have some new releases in 2026. I’m working on new music right now and recording,” Graves said. “I’m putting something together that probably by the time I get to South America I’ll be able to talk more about. So, yeah, new music, videos. I’m writing a book that should come out in 2026. I’m working on lots of things.”
Graves explained his meticulous approach to creating new material. He emphasized quality over speed.
“As far as new music, I didn’t wanna release something that was subpar. And if I’m gonna release something, which I am, I wanna be able to be proud of it,” he continued. “I want it to be able to really capture what I hear in my mind. I make tons of demos.”
The artist detailed his extensive preparation process for the upcoming releases.
“I’ve been working these past years and just recording all these new songs that I have and these ideas just over and over and really trying them in different ways and just really producing that the heck out of them,” Graves said. “So, when I do release them, it’s gonna be awesome.”
This announcement marks a significant moment in Graves’ career. He prepares to return to the spotlight after years of focused creative development.
