Disturbed’s David Draiman Tries New Ways To Move On After Divorce

Disturbed frontman David Draiman is facing life after divorce, and fans recently discovered he’s using the dating app Tinder to move on. While many thought it was a fake account, Draiman confirmed it was him in a recent tweet, explaining his motive is to find the right woman.

Draiman’s 11-year marriage to Lena Draiman ended in divorce, and the experience has taken an emotional toll on him. In May, the singer admitted that it’s not an easy thing to handle. Now, it seems he is exploring new ways to cope with the aftermath of the split. One of those ways is jumping into the world of online dating.

A curious fan recently stumbled upon Draiman’s Tinder profile and questioned if it was authentic, but the singer himself confirmed it was indeed his profile. He then expressed his intention to use the app to find the right woman. When a fan claimed he ‘can’t get laid anymore,’ Draiman emphasized his desire for a meaningful connection rather than a casual fling.

Here is what Draiman’s fan wrote after seeing him on Tinder:

“Dude, you see this?! I’m tagging you because I believe it’s fake.”

Draiman then responded:

Not fake. It’s me.

When the fan apologized to him for his assumption, the singer continued:

“All good. You’d be surprised. It’s hard for a guy like me to meet the right woman. I’ll tell you, it’s been weird so far. Lots of scammers. Trying to figure out how to navigate this new terrain.”

Another fan tweeted:

“Read: David Draiman can’t get laid anymore. (I don’t know what happened with his marriage, this is a parody.)”

Upon seeing this, Draiman tweeted a harsh response:

“I can get laid anytime I want if I’m willing to drop my standards, but my standards are quite high, and I won’t dishonor myself that way. Looking for the right woman, not just any woman. Oh, and by the way? You’re a d*ck.”

While it’s interesting to see Draiman on a dating app, it’s worth noting that Tinder may not be the ideal platform to find one’s soulmate. However, it seems the singer sees this as a step towards healing and moving on after his difficult divorce.
