In the new episode of Britanny Furlan’s This Is The Worst Podcast, Furlan and Brittany Schmitt discussed wingmen.
Furlan revealed that her husband, Tommy Lee, was the worst wingman ever. “It’s so embarrassing that he is the worst wingman,” she said.
The two talked about a neighbor that just moved back in and recalled the drummer’s attempt to set him up with Schmitt. Apparently, the drummer told the neighbor, “My wife’s podcast partner knows a lot about you and wanted to f*ck with you.”
“That sounds like you want to wear an outfit of his flesh. Then he responds with like 300 laughing faces. He was like, ‘What the f*ck?’ He even thought that was scary,” Furlan said.
The rocker also wanted to warn the new neighbor about his security guard, but it didn’t go as expected. “The next thing he says to him is, ‘Just so you know you’ll see this big guy around he’s my security.’ By the way, now the security has a picture of me to keep off the property,” Schmitt recalled.
“Yeah. He was like, ‘What does she look like?’ Tommy sent your Instagram, so next time I drive by his house, there’s going to be a picture of you hanging up,” Furlan continued. “Said she wants to f*ck me up, I’m dead, he just contorts it. He’s like,’ What? That was great,’ and I was like, ‘No it wasn’t, you don’t give everybody’s cards away. You should have just said my wife’s friend is super cool and funny and she’d love to meet you.’ Not like, ‘Oh she knows all about you buddy she wants to f*ck with you!’ What a bad wing-person,” she finished the story.
Lee and Mötley Crüe will host an 11-show Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live, Park MGM, next March and April.
