Dee Snider, the former Twisted Sister frontman, shared his criticism of KISS’s recently announced reunion show on X (formerly Twitter).

“So I was told today that a KISS reunion in Vegas has been announced,” Snider said. “14 months since their last farewell.”

“That may be a new record for them,” he continued. “I can’t believe people still put up with their sh*t. To me it’s insulting.”

Snider’s comments addressed KISS’s announcement of their first post-farewell show. The event is planned as part of the band’s 50th-anniversary celebrations.

This latest controversy adds to the ongoing discussion about their retirement claims following KISS’s farewell tour conclusion.

Consequence revealed the reunion show dates as November 14-16 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The event is specifically designed for their fan club, the KISS Army.

Ultimate Classic Rock highlighted a major change in the performance format. The band will perform without their iconic makeup for the first time since their final Madison Square Garden appearance.

Former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick will make a special appearance at the event. Additional guest performers will join the celebration of the band’s five-decade legacy.

The timing of this announcement has drawn particular attention. Gene Simmons had stated just over a year ago that their Madison Square Garden performance would mark their final show in makeup.
