Music isn’t the only thing among Courtney Love’s interests — she is also pretty passionate about acting and writing. She has been concentrating on writing her new book, which she claimed tells facts rather than fiction. According to her recent Instagram post, there will also be stories about Guns N’ Roses in the book.

“Almost 4 hours of stories, and I’m bored,” wrote Courtney Love in the caption of her Instagram post. “Julie is bored. The woofs are bored of my dammed voice and stories – my God, I’ve got stories! These 4 hours were rambling… mostly Hollywood in ’88/’89 & how Guns N’ Roses getting signed without touring turned into a viral sensation, with middle-class boys by the 1000s.”

She added, updating fans with more details about her book, “Coming from all over to ‘get a real job’ at the guitar/bass/percussion: institute of technology – what a scene! Why did parents fall for it? How did girls, punks, and misfits navigate hair metal and so much more.”

In August, Love had confirmed that she signed off on her new book after years and years of work. She even moved to London in 2009 to focus on writing it but ended up prolonging the process. Although she didn’t confirm any release date, Love aims to tell the truth rather than untrue narratives with her ‘The Girl with the Most Cake.’

According to her latest Instagram post, Courtney Love has been working relentlessly on her memoir. One of the stories she recently put on paper was about how Guns N’ Roses got signed before their breakthrough and the impact it had on the rock scene. Moreover, it looks like the book will also include some stories about hair metal and how girls, punks, and misfits navigated the genre.
