Brittany Furlan Lee recently chatted with Sara Weinshenk, revealing how she had been friends with her husband Tommy Lee’s one particular ex-wife and why the rocker’s exes still texted him.
One might expect Brittany to have complex relationships with Tommy’s ex-wives, but it seemed that things had been smooth sailing between the comedian and the other ladies for the most part, or at least with one particular ex. And, considering how Furlan made headlines a few months ago when she sparked a feud with Pamela Anderson, it might be safe to assume the ex-wife in question is not the model.
So, as Furlan was discussing her relationship with Tommy, the topic drifted to how his exes still texted him, to simply say the drummer was the best. The comedian then even mentioned how Heather Locklear, Lee’s ex-wife of eight years, was one of the ladies who maintained contact with the rocker and even formed a friendship with her.
Brittany felt that there was good energy all around radiating from Heather, and although the drummer had messed things up with the actress during their marriage, Locklear was still appreciative of her ex-husband while also supporting a friendship with his wife and putting in a few good words for him.
Furlan on her relationship with Heather and why Tommy’s exes still texted him:
“He’s [Lee] so upfront about everything. He’s very transparent. He’s not secretive. I mean, this is just another thing I know, [and] all of his exes message him and are like, ‘You were the best,’ like all of them, and that’s how another thing I know that he’s a great guy.
Like, I would never do that [text my exes]. I’ve never messaged any of my exes that, but these women that he was married to text him and even me. Heather, I’m friends with his one ex Heather Locklear; she’ll even tell me he was the best, and, like, that is so nice to hear.
And she is so nice. I mean, they were married for eight years, they had a great relationship, and he tells me he was a different person at that time, and he did mess up in that relationship, but it’s cool because there’s all love there; she’s really sweet, and it’s just good energy.”
It feels that although her relationship with Pamela is complicated, Brittany has no bad blood with the other exes Tommy had, especially Locklear, who Furlan even suggested to have formed a friendship with. This was because, of course, how much of a ‘great guy’ Lee had been in his relationships as his exes still maintained touch.
