Brian ‘Head’ Welch feels low after the end of Korn’s tour with Spiritbox and Gojira.

“I can’t believe this tour is over,” the guitarist said in his Instagram post. “This is literally the longest run we’ve done in years. But it was so flawless it didn’t feel like 49 days/7 weeks!”

He talked about the reasons, “Couple reasons why. 1. Spiritbox and Gojira have been a dream to tour with and I’m gonna be depressed when it sets in that I can’t see their smiling faces everyday.”

“2. Korn, Gojira, Spiritbox road crews are true GOLD! Dozens of crew members all respecting and honoring each other. Kind. Mature—a dream crew!” Welch added.

The rocker lastly said, “A sincere thank you to every single person that came out to watch all three bands on this legendary 90% SOLD OUT tour!”

Korn announced a 25-city North American tour in March, with Gojira and Spiritbox joining as support. This announcement followed their sold-out 30th anniversary show at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on October 5.

The tour started on September 12 in Tampa at the Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre. On their first night, Spiritbox opened the show with six songs, including their new single ‘Soft Spine’ and favorites like ‘Cellar Door,’ ‘Circle With Me,’ and ‘Holy Roller.’ After that, Gojira performed 11 songs, starting with ‘L’enfant Sauvage’ and including tracks like ‘Toxic Garbage Island,’ ‘Stranded,’ and ‘Flying Whales.’

They also paid tribute to their Olympic performance with a bit of ‘Mea Culpa (Ah! Ça ira!)’ before finishing with ‘Amazonia.’ The bands performed in cities like Charlotte, Newark, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, Houston, Tulsa, and Omaha. The tour finished on October 27 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.
