On her podcast ‘This Is the Worst,’ Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan said she questioned Lee after seeing Brooke Schofield claim in a vlog that she kissed him at Coachella.

“I got worked up. I started questioning my husband, which I felt really bad [about]. I started kind of putting heat on my husband, going, ‘Did you?’ My husband’s sitting here going, ‘I’ve never even seen this person.’ And I felt so bad for my husband, because I was being… Then I realized people sometimes just say stuff,” Furlan explained.

“I was like, ‘Wait, what?’ And then I’m like, in my head spiraling because I left Coachella a day early because I was just like, over it,” she continued. “I start spiraling, because I’m like, ‘Oh my God, did my husband kiss Brooke Schofield?’ And so I go to my husband and I show him a picture of Brooke and I’m like, ‘Babe, did you kiss this girl?’”

However, it was later clarified that it was just a joke and there was no interaction between Lee and Schofield.

“I’m always trying to give people the benefit of the doubt, but then I started to get kind of worked up because I was like, ‘I want to know why you would say that,’” Furlan recalled. “Brooke responded to me and was like, ‘Oh my God, I don’t even remember.’ She said something like, ‘I’m sorry, I was joking and I thought people would realize I was joking. I didn’t even actually interact with your husband at all.’”

Furlan and Lee got married in 2019 after dating for two years. “He’s the first guy that treats me so well. He cooks for us,” Furlan told People earlier. “If his bonsai trees are blossoming, he’ll take me out and be like, ‘Look at the flowers,’ or he’ll pick a flower and put it in my car so when I get in, I see it. He just does all these really sweet things and I’ve never had anyone do that for me before. I can’t believe now when I look back on all of the bad relationships that I was in.”

In other news, Mötley Crüe recently announced a Las Vegas residency for next year, with 11 shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM from March 28 to April 19. This will be their first return to Vegas since their previous residencies in 2012 and 2013.
