Tom Morello Announces The Release Of The New Episode Of Dave Grohl’s Documentary Portraying His Mother, Mary Morello
Rage Against The Machine guitarist, Tom Morello revealed that he took place in the latest episode of the docu-series, ‘From Cradle To Stage with his mother, Mary Morello on his Twitter account. The docu-series was produced by Foo Fighter frontman, Dave Grohl and his mother, Virginia Grohl.
Apart from his successful musical career formerly in Nirvana and currently in Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl was also a documentary producer and filmmaker. He released his latest documentary entitled ‘What Drives Us’ on April 30, 2021, which was based on early tour memories of Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Foo Fighters. Later, Grohl announced that he had a new documentary project that he had been working on for a while.
The new project was a docu-series named ‘From Cradle To Stage’ which was inspired by Dave Grohl’s mother, Virginia Grohl’s book, ‘From Cradle To Stage: Stories From The Mother Who Rocked And Raised Rock Stars.’ The book consisted of memories that belonged to the famous rock stars’ mothers such as Geddy Lee and Tom Morello. The first episode was released on May 6, 2021.
The previous episodes of ‘From Cradle To Stage’ included Dan Reynolds and Christene Reynolds, Pharrell and Dr. Carolyn Williams, Miranda Lambert and Bev Lambert, and Brandi Carlile and Teresa Carlile. The latest episode was about Tom Morello and his mother Mary Morello which was released on June 3, 2021. Morello announced the latest episode of the series from his Twitter account.
