TikTok star Kristina Rybalchenko, known as Kriss Drummer, shared a portion of an unreleased Limp Bizkit song in a recent video. This prompted band frontman Fred Durst to personally intervene, as reported on TikTok.

Rybalchenko posted the video featuring the unreleased track. This led to an unexpected response from Durst himself.

“When you leak a new Limp Bizkit song and get busted by Fred Durst,” Rybalchenko wrote in the caption of her video.

Durst directly addressed the TikTok star about the unauthorized sharing of the unreleased material in the video.

“Kristina, that’s our new song. It’s not out yet. How did you get that? Please don’t put it on the internet,” Fred Durst said to Kriss in the video.

This incident reflects a broader pattern of unreleased Limp Bizkit material surfacing unexpectedly. It creates both excitement and challenges for the band.

The leaked track features catchy lines like “When you’re hot, you’re hot, when you’re not, you’re not.” It showcases the band’s trademark style that recalls their early 2000s era. Loudwire reported that the clip captures Durst’s characteristic blend of sternness and humor as he playfully scolds Rybalchenko, who was enthusiastically drumming along to the classic Bizkit vibe.

Limp Bizkit has a notable history with unreleased tracks causing buzz among fans. Lambgoat noted that one such track, often referred to as “Breaking My Back” or “Strain,” was recorded only live during their 1997 Pinkpop festival appearance, predating their debut album Three Dollar Bill, Y’all. Despite resurfacing through archival footage, the song has never seen an official release.

Legal issues have complicated the band’s relationship with unreleased material. Vice revealed that Fred Durst is currently involved in a $200 million legal battle with Universal Music Group over rights to early material. This has affected the official release of various tracks from their catalog.

Currently, Limp Bizkit is gearing up for their “Gringo Papi” Tour in South America later this year. The tour will feature support from artists like Yungblud and 311. The TikTok leak incident may signal that fresh music could be on the horizon, blending nostalgia with modern rap-rock energy as the band continues to engage with fans across social media platforms.
