Ted Nugent Says His Recent Tour Was ‘Every Musician’s Dream’

Ted Nugent recently joined an interview with the Nightly Nuge in which he discussed his most recent tour. Nugent expressed his satisfaction by describing the tour as what every music artist dreams of achieving.

The rocker embarked on a solo career in 1975 with his self-titled album after disbanding the Amboy Dukes. Then, after working with the supergroup Damn Yankees for a while, he returned his focus to his solo career in the mid-’90s. He released his best-reviewed album, ‘Spirit of the Wild,’ during that period.

Besides his activism and TV appearances, he has continued to meet with his fans with new solo materials such as ‘Love Grenade’ and ‘Shutup & Jam!’ He released his fifteenth studio album ‘The Music Made Me Do It’ in 2018, collaborating with the drummer Jason Hartless.

After four years, the singer excited his fans with a new album entitled ‘Detroit Muscle‘ in 2022. He also announced that he would hit the road for a promotion tour. The Detroit Muscle Tour began on July 15 in Clearwater, and Nugent shared in a live stream that this was the best tour he had ever experienced.

Recently, the singer conveyed his gratitude to the fans who contributed to the tour with excitement and enthusiasm. Nugent stated that the dances and happiness of the audience were what made this tour this special. He mentioned that he experienced something every musician dreamed of and thanked all his fans for contributing to it.

Ted Nugent said the following about his most recent tour:

“Thank you, music lovers. The feedback, the visceral spiritual reciprocity, the girls, skinny girls dancing that make me want to play sexy licks, and then the guys, the fists are pumping, the smiles, and the bright eyes. It was just every musician’s dream every night. I thank everybody for the inspiration and the joint unified celebration of my music. It’s Ted Nugent’s Detroit Muscle.”
