Stevie Nicks Teases Her New Collab With Dolly Parton

After being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Dolly Parton promised anyone who’d doubted her ability to rock an album that would be worthy of the honor. So, the singer lost no time to get into the studio with the other rock icons to record the said album; and recently, Stevie Nicks celebrated Parton’s birthday by teasing fans about their collab with a photo from the studio.
So, things have been going, without a doubt, great for Dolly as the singer was not only introduced to the Rock Hall but also had Jeff Bezos honor her by presenting a total of $100 million check to celebrate Parton’s lifelong achievements, a check of which she will be donating. On a more recent note, Parton announced some names to feature in her upcoming album, including icons from Paul McCartney to Steven Tyler and, last but not least, Stevie Nicks.
So, with these announcements and a promise that her album would surely be out soon enough, Dolly’s audience was quite excited to see what they’d been waiting for. Well, Stevie did the honors by releasing a tease about the album as she celebrated her ‘new’ friend Parton’s birthday by sharing a photo of them working in the studio and recording.
“Happy Birthday to my new friend, Dolly,” Nicks wrote as she wished Parton a happy birthday and revealed how much fun the pair had while working in the studio. “[I] had so much fun singing with you.” The post has been filled with comments from fans eagerly waiting for the two iconic singer’s duet.
So, it seems like, soon enough, we will see and hear how the pair’s team-up had gone with the album’s release, as the collaborations for this record already seem legendary. For now, however, all we can do is wait until Dolly releases her album and show anyone who’d doubted her ability as a rock star who honorably earned her place in the Rock Hall.
