The band’s announcement explained the decision to extend the tour. It also outlined the ticket timeline for the newly added shows.

“We didn’t think one was enough, and based off how it’s been going…we were right,” the band said. “The Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour continues in new cities with the same massive lineup.”

“The first half sold out so don’t wait,” they added. “Presale + VIP: Wednesday, October 7 at 12pm CT (CODE: STAIND27). On sale: Friday, October 9 at 10am LOCAL TIME.”

Aaron Lewis also reflected on the band’s long history together.

“It was 1993 when I met Mike [Mushok, Staind guitarist] at a Christmas party,” Lewis said. “If you told me we would be doing this in 2026, I’d have laughed at you.”

“This has truly been the most amazing ride we could have ever possible been on, and its been the most amazing experience that you could have ever provided us,” he added.

The demand for the first run is easy to understand when looking at what the tour celebrates. Here is a closer look at the album behind it and what the new dates include.

The second leg marks the silver anniversary of the band’s breakthrough album. Break the Cycle turned Staind into one of the defining rock acts of the early 2000s. The record was certified seven-times Platinum after selling more than seven million copies in the United States. It also spent three weeks at No. 1 on the U.S. album chart.

The new run begins at SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire, on March 4. It then moves through Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton. The leg wraps on April 16 in Cleveland. In total, the tour will visit 27 North American arenas and amphitheaters.

Kansas City is among the stops, with a show at T-Mobile Center on April 10. The venue is promoting the date as part of the second leg of the sold-out anniversary tour.

Seether will serve as direct support throughout the run, with Hoobastank and Hinder rounding out the bill for much of the schedule. The package brings together four of the most recognizable names in early-2000s rock.
