During the latest episode of ‘The Osbournes,’ Kelly Osbourne revealed the Slipknot turntablist Sid Wilson’s intentions when they first met.
In the last episode, Osbourne reminisced about the stronger friendship between Wilson, and her brother Jack Osbourne, emphasizing the bond facilitated by their similar ages. Sharon, noted Wilson’s sociable nature by stating that during Ozzfest, Wilson spent more time with the Osbourne family than his own bandmates.
Recalling the first moment she met her husband, she said:
“We first met when I was a kid, and I think we only saw ever each other as kids. We were just friends, because there was a seven-year age difference and back then, that was a huge, huge gap. I was 13 years old, and he was in his early 20s.”
Osbourne reminisced about the time Wilson decided to make a move on her:
“I think it was 2013 — maybe a bit before that — I ran into Sid when he had his record shop on Melrose. And that’s when he decided that he liked me. I didn’t know this.”
The Couple Had A Fight Over The Baby’s Last Name
The two lovers had not made their relationship public until late 2022 when they revealed they were expecting a baby. Osbourne announced she was expecting in May 2022 when she shared photos of herself holding a sonogram. In late 2022, she was rushed to the hospital for the birth of her first child with Wilson. But one thing almost got in the way of the couple’s relationship: The last name argument.
In the previous episode of ‘The Osbournes,’ Osbourne revealed that her husband did not want the baby to have the Osbourne last name. During the discussion, Kelly recalled the incident as the ‘biggest fight of her life’:
“This is personal and I didn’t expect to ever talk about this but I’m going to. It’s the biggest fight me and my baby’s father have ever, ever, ever had, and probably ever will, [it] was over naming our son. I wanted our son to have both of our last names and he wouldn’t let me. We had a huge fight. I feel I was forced into doing something I didn’t wanna do and I can never ever forgive him for that but we can move on.”
Despite the argument, the two eventually solved it out, and now the baby has both of his parents’ last names.
