Slash and Duff McKagan reunited with former Guns N’ Roses members Steven Adler and Gilby Clarke at the ‘Rock for Jennifer – Loud and Legendary’ benefit concert at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, California. The performance was captured in a Guns N’ Roses fan’s video of the show.

The reunion performance generated enthusiastic reactions from fans who witnessed the original members playing together again.

“This final tour should be all original members and lose the ensemble background players,” one fan commented. “Just the 5 original guys, up there, rocking it out….exactly how it started.”

The performance particularly resonated with longtime followers of the band. Many expressed joy at seeing the classic lineup together.

“Anyone else have a huge smile on their face the entire time they watched this?” another fan said. “So happy to see Steven on the drums behind Slash and Duff!!”

Some fans viewed the reunion as an opportunity for a more comprehensive farewell tour featuring the band’s most celebrated era.

“All four original members reuniting for one genuine final tour performing the entire Appetite for Destruction LP would be the perfect Guns N’ Roses finale,” another Guns N’ Roses fan commented.

The benefit concert showcased the enduring chemistry between the original band members and received widespread praise from the fanbase.

This rare gathering of Guns N’ Roses legends carried special significance beyond the musical performance itself. It marked a meaningful tribute to a beloved figure in the Los Angeles music scene.

National Today reported that the event honored Jennifer Perry, the Troubadour’s former house agent who passed away in February 2026 at age 67. Perry played a crucial role in the venue’s operations and was remembered fondly by the music community.

The group performed the classic “It’s So Easy” from Appetite for Destruction. Faster Pussycat frontman Taime Downe handled lead vocals. Stereogum noted that this performance marked the first time Slash, Duff, Adler, and Clarke shared the stage since the band’s 2012 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

The reunion holds particular historical weight given the band’s tumultuous past and the rarity of seeing these original members together. Loaded Radio emphasized that such gatherings of classic Guns N’ Roses members have become increasingly uncommon. This made the tribute performance all the more special for longtime fans.

The Troubadour venue itself added another layer of significance to the reunion. The West Hollywood club has long been a cornerstone of the Los Angeles rock scene and a place where many legendary bands have performed throughout their careers.
