Former Skid Row vocalist Sebastian Bach demonstrated his ongoing performing capabilities in a recent interview with Music Radar.
The 57-year-old singer detailed his extensive touring schedule. He highlighted his continued dedication to performing while his former band Skid Row continues without him.
“I want you to understand this: I did 91 cities in 2024. I sometimes do seven shows in a week. A week! I did 91 cities — I’m not exaggerating. I think I deserve a little credit,” Bach stated. “Can I get a little pat on the back, please? I’m 57 now, so for an old man like me, 91 fucking cities! I mean, give me a break. That’s an accomplishment, and I’m very proud.”
Sebastian Bach played 91 cities and packed venues with fans who showed up solely for him no Skid Row name attached. That level of support proves one thing: a reunion isn’t a necessity for Bach. The fans have already given him everything he needs to move forward on his own terms.
Bach shared some touring history from his past with Skid Row. He drew comparisons to his current schedule.
“I can remember with Skid Row, on the first tour, we did 31 shows in 29 days. You might say, ‘No, you didn’t,’ but we did,” he recalled. “This is my job. This is what I do. I look at guys like Roger Daltrey, Willie Nelson, and Neil Young. These are guys I aspire to be. Like Rob Halford, he’s not slowing down. Rob Halford is not slowing down, so neither is Sebastian Bach.”
Bach’s impressive touring schedule aligns with major developments in his solo career.
A report from iHeart Radio revealed Bach’s first solo album release in over a decade. “Child Within The Man” earned positive reviews for its powerful vocals and songwriting.
SRO PR noted the singer’s expansion into visual arts. Bach launched his first-ever art show, showcasing his artistic versatility beyond music.
See Rock Live documented Bach’s release of a new music video for “To Live Again.” This release reinforces his commitment to creating new material while maintaining his touring schedule.
Bach continues his successful road career and creative projects. However, Skid Row has not responded to these achievements or considered a reunion with their former frontman.
