Sammy Hagar recently performed AC/DC’s ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ during a recent show in Las Vegas.
The Red Rocker shared the snippet of the performance on his social media accounts. The performance sparked comparisons with Bon Scott, the original vocalist, with some fans suggesting Hagar’s version could beat Brian Johnson’s.
While Johnson and Hagar haven’t met each other, this recent performance is not the first time Hagar has been linked to AC/DC’s music. Four years ago during the pandemic, Sammy Hagar & The Circle played and shared a cover of the same AC/DC song.
Hagar has a long history of collaborating with various rock musicians, and his rendition of ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ highlighted his connection to the band’s classic tracks.
