Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen shared a post on his official Instagram page revealing a brand new painting he’s working on which displays a portrait of late Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen and it already looks absolutely amazing despite it’s still a work in progress.
As many of you know, Rick Allen has a talent besides being an excellent drummer for decades, he also has been sharing his marvelous paintings which are mostly portraits of other musicians such as late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, singer Janice Joplin, late Def Leppard lead guitarist Steve Clark, and many more.
Recently, Rick Allen shared a post on his official Instagram page displaying another painting of his which is still in the making that involves a black & white portrait of Eddie Van Halen and it already looks stunning despite it has not even completed yet.
In addition to sharing his oil painting with his fans which is quite thrilling, Allen also referred to the iconic guitarist Eddie Van Halen as a ‘legend’ in the caption section, showing how much he respects his deceased musician friend.
