Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons’ sons, Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons, have announced their first ever live shows for their project Stanley Simmons. The announcement was shared on Instagram.
The duo revealed their plans to perform four shows in California in early May. This marks a significant milestone for their musical collaboration.
“The first Stanley Simmons live shows are finally happening,” Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons announced. “RSVP at the link in our bio to be first in line.”
This announcement represents the first time the sons of the KISS legends will perform live together under the Stanley Simmons project name.
The upcoming live performances mark the culmination of a rapidly evolving musical partnership that began just months ago. Noise11 reported that what started as a casual Instagram performance in December 2024 evolved into a full creative partnership by February 2025. The duo started writing together and discovered their natural vocal chemistry during this period.
The pair described their collaboration as immediate and undeniable. Nick Simmons told People magazine that “when we sing together, it feels like a third voice, something new.” This highlights the unique dynamic between the two musicians who share the legacy of rock royalty.
Stanley Simmons has been building momentum with recent releases leading up to these live shows. Blabbermouth noted that the duo released their second single, “Dancing While The World Is Ending,” with an accompanying Mitchell Richmond-directed music video. The video features a large ensemble cast in elaborate costumes and appears to unfold in a continuous take. This follows their debut single “Body Down,” which was released in December 2025.
The project has received strong support from their famous fathers. Paul Stanley has publicly endorsed their work. Antimusic revealed that Paul Stanley described the duo’s debut album as “phenomenal” and emphasized its organic nature. He addressed criticism around perceived nepotism by arguing that industry access alone does not sustain a career. The debut album is reportedly complete, though release details remain unannounced.
The California shows will provide fans with their first opportunity to witness the Stanley Simmons project in a live setting. The sons of KISS will step out from their fathers’ shadows to establish their own musical identity.
