Sharon Osbourne has revealed going under ‘respect training’ before joining the reality spin-off series, ‘Celebrity Big Brother.’
The former X Factor judge won’t be staying inside the house for the entire 17 days due to her high fee, as reported by The Sun. However, Sharon will make a guest appearance as a housemate, joining Fern Britton, David Potts, and her longtime friend Louis Walsh.
Despite Sharon and Louis being known for their candid expressions, it’s suggested that their forthrightness may be tempered on this TV stint. The showbiz pair, along with the other 12 contestants, underwent ‘respect and inclusion’ training before entering the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house. This training, implemented since October of the previous year, reportedly involves guidelines on using appropriate language and displaying acceptable behavior for the ITV reboot.
Why Is Osbourne Joining The Show?

Earlier this week on her family’s podcast, ‘The Osbournes,’ the entertainment manager may have disclosed the reason for her participation in the British reality show – their Los Angeles home is in disrepair. The California resident explained that the three floors of her and Ozzy’s mansion were experiencing leaks.
Osbourne disclosed that the family’s plumbing issues extend to the third floor, where the ‘waste pipe in the bath has not been attached’ for the past year, leading to wastewater seeping through the ceilings, walls, and floors. She added:
“There have been small areas in the house where I’ve observed water, and when sunlight comes through, you can see dampness, and it’s been spreading through all three floors of the house.”
Osbourne herself has not commented on the subject.
