Ozzy Osbourne’s Daughter Kelly Confirms She’s Been Sober For 5 Months Following Rehab Rumors

Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Kelly Osbourne made a statement about her health status by sharing a new post on her official Instagram account.

Kelly has been battling addiction for over twenty years. It all started when she decided to get her tonsils pulled at the age of 13, which led to her addiction to painkillers. However, she decided to fight against the disease four years ago and went sober.

Unfortunately, the talented singer and model revealed back in April that she started drinking again and saddened the whole community by relapsing her four-year progress. The most predicted theory about Kelly’s relapse was how much stress and pressure she felt after her mother Sharon was accused of racism while Ozzy was dealing with health problems at the same time.

Recently, a source who claims to be close to the Osbourne family claimed that Kelly recently entered rehab because she had a hard time dealing with her addiction and her family members’ problems. Yesterday marked the singer’s 37th birthday, and she wanted to celebrate it by shedding some light on the recent rumors.

Kelly Osbourne announced that she has been sober for five months, which means she went into rehab back in May. Furthermore, Kelly noted that she feels so much gratitude that it is almost overwhelming and showed how happy she is to defeat her addiction once again.

Kelly Osbourne announced her sobriety:

Today marks my 37th birthday and I’m 5 months sober! I am filled with so much gratitude it’s almost overwhelming!”
