Kelly Osbourne Is In Rehab Following Ozzy’s Health Issues And Sharon’s TV Scandal

The Sun reported that former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Kelly Osbourne went to rehabilitation again due to her father’s serious health problem and her mother Sharon being labeled a racist.

As you may know, Kelly Osbourne has been struggling with alcohol and drug addiction since she was a teenage girl. After she had a serious injury, she started to take Vicodin, and she became addicted to it. She then started using Percocet and heroin excessively. She went to rehab many times and finally, she got rid of her addiction problem four years ago.

However, some months ago, she revealed that she drank again after four years of sobriety through her Instagram Stories. Also, she promised that she was once again sober and would continue like that. However, it seems like she relapsed once again because of the problems that her parents had to face.

To begin with, Ozzy Osbourne has been through hard times since he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in February 2019. He has been very stressed about contracting COVID-19, which makes it hard for the family members to get together and support each other during these challenging times.

Then, Kelly’s mother Sharon was heavily targeted when she defended the journalist Piers Morgan who claimed that Meghan Markle was lying about the royal family being racist. Even though she explained herself by saying that she wanted to support freedom of speech, not racism, it caused a serious backlash. Ultimately, she left her show ‘The Talk’ following a serious argument with her co-host.

Here’s what the source said about Kelly:

“The scandal about her mom’s exit from ‘The Talk’ had a tremendous impact on her.

At the same time, Ozzy has crippling Parkinson’s disease and excruciating nerve damage. Kelly felt everything hit her at once.

So, according to someone close to the Osbourne family, Kelly was so devastated that her addiction problem came back, and she decided to go to rehab. Kelly Osbourne will probably share her experiences with her followers after her recovery through her social media accounts.
