Ozzy Osbourne Wants To Have Some Privacy In The UK, Sharon Says
TV personality and Ozzy Osbourne’s wife, Sharon Osbourne, recently appeared on Fox News and explained that they are moving back to the UK to change the rock star’s lifestyle, especially about his privacy.
The 73-year-old Black Sabbath icon Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with many serious health problems recently, including nerve damage from a bike accident in 2003 and subsequent surgery, Parkinson’s disease, and a life-altering neck surgery he underwent last June. Ozzy could not take the stage from time to time due to these health issues. For instance, he postponed his UK and European shows in 2020.
While the Prince of Darkness was dealing with severe health conditions, his wife Sharon Osbourne was at the center of racism allegations. Sharon has also been involved in discussions about the conflict between the Royal Family and Meghan Markle, a topic of discussion for a long time all around the globe. When her friend Piers Morgan blamed Markle for fabricating accusations of racism from within the British royal family, Sharon posted a message to support Morgan, which angered many.
Sharon had announced that she wanted to leave the US as the accusations regarding the incident against her continued. Later, Ozzy participated in an interview and said that the main reason for their decision to move from the US was the increasing violence in America. It seems that the couple has more reasons to move. Sharon recently made an appearance on Fox News and answered the question of why they would be moving to England from America. Besides gun violence, she also pointed out the change in Ozzy’s lifestyle.
She said her husband could be more comfortable there. He can go fishing or shooting, for which they have room on their land. She explained that this would be a more relaxing lifestyle for Ozzy. At the same time, she added that the famous star could do all these without any people looking at him, leading him to have some privacy.
When asked the reason behind their decision to leave the US, Sharon said:
“Many reasons. Yes, we don’t like the gun violence in Los Angeles. But, there is a lot more room for Ozzy. He can go fishing on our land; he can go shooting. He loves to shoot. It’s just a different lifestyle. He can walk around, do his thing, nobody there looking at him, and he can have some privacy.“
