Ozzy Osbourne recently spoke up on ‘The Osbournes Podcast’ about a YouTube video that wrongly claimed he had died. While listing the celebrities who supposedly passed away that day, the video in question included a photo of the singer, which he mentioned by saying:

“This thing on YouTube, it’s got ‘Celebrities Who Have Died Today,’ and there’s a picture of me. And I go, ‘I’m not dead. I’m not really dead. Just a little flesh wound.”

Sharing how he has been coping with his Parkinson’s Disease and other health issues, Osbourne also talked about his plans to return to the stage:

“It’s a bit f**king much, isn’t it? I’m not going any-f**king-where. And I’m gonna go up and do some more gigs before I’m finished anyway.”

The Singer’s Working On His Health For A Comeback

In addition to his Parkinson’s Disease, Osbourne faced many health problems. He went through neck and spine issues due to a fall in 2019 and got over a deadly thumb infection as well as flu that got him hospitalized. Still, the singer has been focused on getting better to make a live comeback.

Asked how he was doing during an October episode of his family podcast, Osbourne revealed:

“I went to the doctor last Monday, and they said I’m blood clot-free. So I’ve got to do this with one of my arteries next Monday, and after that, it’s just back to physical therapy.”

He also mentioned practicing tai chi for a better recovery and faster return:

“I’m gonna try to do it. It’s good for balance. It’s a new adventure.”

There Are Plans For A New Record As Well

Osbourne also has plans for a new album that will follow 2020’s ‘Ordinary Man’ and 2022’s ‘Patient Number 9,’ both produced by Andrew Watt. Telling Metal Hammer that Watt was getting ready to join him once again for the new record, the singer shared:

“I’m getting myself fit. I’ve done two albums fairly recently, but I want to do one more album and then go back on the road. I’m just starting to work on it now, and we’ll be recording in the early part of next year. I want to take my time with this one!”

Earlier this year, Osbourne announced he would no longer tour due to health concerns, canceling his No More Tours 2 run in February 2023. He also had to step back from the Power Trip festival, explaining that his body wasn’t ready for performing.
