Nine Inch Nails announced a 2025 tour named ‘Peel It Back’ across the UK, Europe, and North America.
The band’s first tour since 2022 starts on June 15 at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. They will tour Europe until mid-July, then begin the U.S. leg on August 3 at Oakland Arena in Oakland, CA.
The Live Nation tour, inspired by a line from the 1994 song ‘March of the Pigs,’ will stop at European festivals like Graspop in Belgium, Open’er in Poland, and Mad Cool in Spain. In North America, it will visit cities like Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, and Los Angeles, ending on September 18 at the Kia Forum in L.A.
“Nine Inch Nails announce PEEL IT BACK TOUR 2025. The highly anticipated headline run will kick off on Sunday, June 15 in Dublin, Ireland. The North American leg will begin on August 6 in Oakland, CA. Tickets are set to go on sale 1/29 at 12 pm local,” Knotfest announced the tour on Instagram.
The tour announcement had issues when venues posted dates early on Facebook, and fans shared Ticketmaster details. The band later confirmed the world tour but delayed more info due to the LA fires.
They wrote on X, “Since some dates and information about our world tour have leaked we are confirming that yes we will be touring and will provide more details soon. We are all watching the devastation that is unfolding in California and have paused our announcement while people try to deal with all that is happening.”
Nine Inch Nails toured in 2022 after releasing two albums in 2020, ‘Ghosts V: Together’ and ‘Ghosts VI: Locusts.’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, who joined in 2016, continued making film scores. They scored Luca Guadagnino’s 2024 films ‘Challengers’ and ‘Queer.’ Their ‘Challengers’ score won a Golden Globe and is also Grammy-nominated.
