Nikki Sixx Clarifies When Mötley Crüe Will Start Rehearsing For The Upcoming Tour

Mötley Crüe’s bassist Nikki Sixx did a Q&A on his Twitter account and answered his fans’ questions. He revealed that they will start their upcoming tour in June but begin their rehearsals a month before that.

Mötley Crüe excited their fans by revealing that they will go on tour in 2020 with Def Leppard, but because of the pandemic, the tour was rescheduled to 2021 and then to the summer of 2022. Meanwhile, Nikki Sixx was keeping himself busy by focusing on himself and pursuing some solo projects.

He announced that his book ‘The First 21’ will be released on October 19, 2021, and currently, he is busy recording the audiobook. In his recent tweet, he stated that he is preparing to record tomorrow but has some time to answer a few questions from his fans. There were more than 350 questions asked to the successful bassist.

He tweeted:

“Wüt? Ask Sixx. I’m prepping for more audiobook recordings tomorrow. Questions?

A fan replied to his tweet, asking when he will be playing with Mötley Crüe and practice for the upcoming tour in 2022. Sixx replied to his fan and revealed that the tour begins in June and that they usually start practicing a month before that.

Sixx’s fan asked:

“Hi, Nikki. Have you started jamming with the Crüe yet for the upcoming tour? Hope you guys are all well!”

Here is what Sixx replied:

“Tour starts in June. We usually rehearse for a month before that.”

Revealing that there is still a while until the band practices together, Sixx also answered a few simple questions, like what he would like to drink with a meal, and made his fans laugh at his sarcastic answers. It caught his fans’ attention that he has been very interactive with them and cares about their opinions.
